Chef Leonor Wilford, known as ?Chef Leo?, joined the
team at Tim arron as Executive Chef in Novem ber
2019. Over the course of her twenty-two year career,
she has worked for the Cheeky Monkey in the Blue
Moon Hotel, The Lesley Hotel on Ocean Drive, The
Gaucho Room at the Lowe?s Hotel and was Sous Chef
at fam ous Nobu Miam i in the Shore Club Hotel.
Prior to joining Tim arron, she worked for Sodexo as a
District Chef for Keller ISD and Area Executive Chef
Fort Worth ISD focusing on im proving the quality of
food in the school districts. She is an Alum ni of
