I FROM YOUR GM I Mak:ing 2022 About You Richelle Tragge ext. 2412 Happy New Year to you and yours! It's hard to believe our holiday season is over and while there is still a degree of pandemic uncertainty in our daily lives, we couldn't have been happier to see a return to the Club from so many Members in 2021. As we start anew in 2022, we're bringing along all the positive momentum you helped create in 2021. Over the past few months, we've gathered your feedback through member profile forms, dining surveys and some good old fashioned conversation. It came as no surprise more food, wine, and spirits experiences got the popular vote, along with wider variety in our menu offerings. You also told us how warmly our staff greet you and how meaningful it is that they make you feel special on every visit. While 2021 threw many challenges our way, leading a team of such committed service professionals has been by greatest joy. Our Member Experience and Food & Beverage teams are hard at work developing content rich experiences in the new year, like our new 'Third Thursday' Happy Hours and regular wine and spirit events. We will also continue our "Evening with ... " dinner series this year, openinv the Club on occasional Saturday evenings to showcase local talent. Given Michigan's current situation with the variant phase of the pandemic, we are postponing our Evening with Thornetta Davis to early Spring. Stay tuned for details ... On behalf of our Board Chair, Aubin Wiliams, a personal thank you to the Members who sponsored their friends and peers in 2021. Our Champions Club wall is ready to add your name this year and we look forward to growing or membership to new heights in 2022 and beyond. I am indebted to our Board of Governors for their invaluable input over the past 2 years as we navigated unchartered and rocky waters. Now, more than ever, we're focused on creating stronger member connections, best-in-class clubhouse offerings, and community impact and engagement through purposeful programming and one-of-a-kind Member programs and experiences. A er two very trying years for the hospitality industry, we can now say confidently say we couldn't be more proud to serve you and your guests, as you dine, celebrate, work and play this year. Here's to YOU in 2022, General Manager, STAFF STAR Angela Clark 248.350.9898 e . 2419 2 Angela Clark, our Office Administrator, graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in English language and literature. As expected, she loves to read books. Some of her favorite reads include 'Beat the Reaper' by Josh Bazell, and 'The Other Boelyn Girl' by Philippa Gregory. She is a huge fan of all things pop culture and has an endless supply of information about celebrity news and goings on. In her spare time, one of her favorite things to do is to spend time at home watching tv, preferably BRAVO. She also loves spending time outside, preferably by the ocean & reading a great book. #clubli
